Blue established the company in 2025 whilst working as a Golf Course Manager. Blue has spent over a decade working in the turfcare industry with many years as a Golf Course Manager at March GC. Frustrated at the quality of service he was receiving, he set about establishing a business where the customer needs are at the forefront. Pro Sports Group was born, and Blue now focuses on the irrigation side of the business using his experience of the industry to provide clients with effective solutions to their irrigation needs.

Geoff joined the company after being impressed by the company’s honest and straightforward approach. Geoff has over three decades of experience in the sportsturf sector, with 20 years in practical hands-on roles. He has extensive experience in product development, practical turf management, and scientific research.

He understands the demands faced by greenkeepers and groundstaff at all levels, from local clubs to international stadiums and golf courses. Utilising all this knowledge has led to significant new products and improvement in existing product formulations since his arrival. Geoff has extensive experience in trials and testing and has developed product formulas that are both highly effective and easy to use.

Simon brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in the turfcare machinery sector, having worked extensively with leading brands such as Toro, John Deere, Jacobsen and Baroness. Before co-founding Pro Sports Group, he specialised in servicing and breakdown support for high-profile golf courses, football clubs and private sports facilities across the UK.

His technical expertise spans hydraulic and electrical diagnostics, precision cylinder mower reel and bedknife regrinds, plus the full spectrum of machinery servicing. Simon now leads Pro Sports Group’s maintenance and breakdown division, overseeing contracts, managing engineers, and ensuring clients receive reliable, cost-effective support tailored to their needs. Passionate about delivering the highest standards, Simon is committed to building long-term partnerships with clubs and grounds teams. His vision is to grow Pro Sports Group into the UK’s leading national provider of turfcare maintenance and support, while maintaining the personal, hands-on approach that sets Pro Sports Group apart.
